Pam is a water use efficiency specialist, specializing in landscape water use, at Western Municipal Water District, Riverside. Prior to coming to Western 10 years ago, she worked for a large landscape contractor as a grounds maintenance superintendent for 19 years managing over 200 acres of landscaped grounds. She recently developed a new online tool: WaterSavingGardenFriendly.com.

Pam has a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from Cal Poly Pomona with minors in Botany and Landscape Irrigation Science. She is a certified arborist, irrigation auditor, water conservation practitioner, and holds pest control advisor and qualified applicator licenses. www.wmwd.com
