Hands-on demonstrations about irrigation systems maintenance and low cost soil testing.

Kerwin has served as the Natural Resources Manager for the Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District (RCRCD) since 1988. He has provided over 2,500 water management evaluations on over 15,000 acres of irrigated land and has produced numerous reports on irrigation uniformity and water conservation for water districts. He also manages aquatic and riparian restoration projects in the Santa Ana and San Jacinto River watersheds on both public and private lands.
